Document library

Paste the link to the HOA’s library folder (ideally an HOA-owned Shared Drive). Inside it, the folder names decide who can see what: 1 Public is shown to everyone, 2 Residents only to approved residents, and 3 Board is never shown on the website. Folders inside those become categories, and year folders (for example Meeting Minutes/2026) become the year. Files named “DRAFT …” or kept in a “Drafts” folder are not published.

Google Drive: the folder link. SharePoint / OneDrive: drives/DRIVE_ID/items/FOLDER_ID. Dropbox: the folder path, such as /HOA Library. S3: https://HOST/BUCKET/PREFIX/.
