Pennock Pointe Estates is a community of twenty-six homes located on Pennock Point in Jupiter, Florida.

Originally started in the late 1980s, the last house was completed in about 2000. We are a community with a Homeowners Association governed by the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, which are published on this website.

Police, fire, and rescue services are provided by Palm Beach County, as the community is located in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The Jupiter Post Office is responsible for mail services and our mailing address is “Jupiter FL.”

The Homeowners Association owns the lakes, the land around them, and the road. The Association is fiscally conservative and is well on the way to having sufficient funds in its reserve account to repave the road without an assessment when that time comes.

Open meetings

As required by Florida HOA law, all meetings of the HOA Board of Directors and the Architectural Review Committee are open to all HOA members.

Meetings are announced by email and by a notice posted near the exit to the community. Meetings are either in person or a combination of a physical location plus Zoom.

The Annual Meeting of the Association normally occurs in March and is normally held in person in the cul-de-sac.
